Samsung 6 poor dropped calls

[AC Question]

Just bought a Samsung 6-- low bars, dropped cals, calls don't fo through, & if they do people can't hear me on phone
Had a Samsung phone for 5 + years--no problems, but with new phone-- can't even use it at home

First, check with your network provider that all is well.
If so, and the problem seems to lie with the device, return it.
