    If you factory reset your phone, you are erasing everything on the phone, if your photos and other items are on a memory card you would be ok.

    Anything important should be backed up off the phone. There's no recovering files from a stolen phone, or from one that gets run over.

    If it's a battery issue than try buying a new battery.

    H-Data Recovery Master is not bad. I tried a lot of recovery tool, only H-Data Recover 95% of my lost files.
