I need help figuring this out. When I view the memory usage from my phone's file browser (ES File Explorer) it displays that I've used up 7.58 gb out of 11.57gb internal memory (approx 4gb available). But after plugging it in the computer, windows explorer displays that I only have 2.99 gb internal memory available. How is that possible?

It wasn't like that before I downloaded and used a video editing app called "VideoShow: Video Editor &Maker". I thought it could be fixed by clearing the app's cache but no. I have also uninstalled the app already and it still didn't fix the problem.

If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Btw, Im using Sony Xperia Z2.
