Will we still be able to receive OTA updates if we flash firmware from another country?

I just update my Samsung Galaxy S5 to 5.0.2 France Firmware. However my Samsung Galaxy S5 is originally from Thailand. Right now my CSC is XEF.

Will I be about to receive updates in the future such as OTA and Kies?

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you would need to restore factory image and recovery to download the OTA. You may get notifications of the update but they won't work.
