    You need to go to log into Gmail and click forgot password.

    I tried that method but he is 10 and doesn't email. the recovery asks a bunch of questions that have no answers. Without answers it says no match. He has never used the gmail except for games and apps. He just wants his saved games so he doesn't have to buy them again

    Hello, welcome to Android Central! When you create an email account you're prompted to add a recovery email that will be used if you forget your original password. At the same time you have to answer some personal questions that could be used to make sure you're the owner of that particular account. Those are good security measures and they're necessary. If your son skipped all those steps there's no much you can do. Sad, I know, but there's a good reason for all these security barriers.
