My Samsung Galaxy S5 is constantly restarting unless I have the charger plugged in. When I do have the charger plugged in it says it's at 100% battery. Otherwise the phone is always at boot up screen. Any fixes?

Take the phone apart, inspect the battery for any swelling (or even blistering) check the contacts on the battery and the inside of the phone. Also check the prongs of the charger and the area where they go into the charger. You definitely have a power source issue.
