Can't install Facebook app or what's app after resting fone Samsung s6?

had to factory reset my s6 after I was locked out of it due to it all of a sudden not recognising my finger print. Now it says certain apps are still installed after resetting??

Facebook comes as bloatware on Samsung phones, have you tried to clear they cache and update them?
