Adblock Mobile glitch or virus on phone?

I installed Adblock Mobile on phone and opted for pin lock now can't remove pin lock and both wifi and mobile internet are disabled.

Have you tried uninstalling or disabling Adblock? If those options are unavailable under settings - apps go to settings - security - device administrator and uncheck Adblock from the list.
