[HELP!] Where to find w Lollipop ROM for my "weird" Android

I am a new member here and sorry if I'm posting in wrong place.
I just rooted my Android phone barely rooted it.... I did that with a chinese app. None my rooting apps detects my phone correctly some say Alps Volkssmart some others Volkssmart s53 etc. Im worried could i have a fake China phone if can anyone find a lollipop rom for it ill also post some photos of system information.
Oh and I'd like to do something without PC cause i f dont have one

I'm guessing you won't.

Some ROM developer has to have the phone, and think there's enough interest in developing a ROM for it. It's not a weekend project, it's a lot of hard work, and if only 3 phones are ever going to use that ROM, no one is going to bother writing it.
