My Droid Turbo ringer setting is on "ALL" with the ringer turned up all the way. Occasionally I'll find I've missed calls (while carrying my phone) because the ringer has turned itself off. When this occurs, I've attempted to use the volume buttons to raise the ringer volume - and nothing happens. I have to turn the phone off at this point, and when I turn the phone back on the ringer is at full volume, as it should be.

    Welcome to AC.

    Try a Cache Partition wipe.
    Tell us what that does.

Thanks, but I have no idea what a "Cache Partition wipe" is or how to do it.
I'm just a humble innkeeper who would like my phone to actually RING every time someone calls to make a reservation.
    Any other suggestions?
