I just set up an account and bought play credits with my debit card. cant login

I entered all info including card number - my username showed in upper right of screen - purchased 25$ in play credits with my debit card -now it says that there is no account attached to my email address-Got no followup email - do you send them? Can I talk to a human by phone? Cant login from my pc
