I wiped the samsung galaxy s4 cache partition through recovery now it will not start services

Hi

It was suggested to wipe the partition cache through recovery to get better performance. I did this after the reboot the phone onto a black screen followed by multiple system / app prompts stating they have all stopped.

I am prompted to press okay which I do and then one after another more keep coming. I am left with a black screen and the only thing I can do is press the power button.

I am running lollipop 5.0.2 unmodded but rooted.

I do not want to lose all my data. Is there anything I can do to get my system working again?
