Text message problems

[AC Question]

I have the LG G2 on sprint network and ever since I got it, it's been working fine until a few days ago. My boyfriend is the only one in my contacts who hasn't been receiving my text messages, he has the LG G4 on virgin mobile . I factory reset my phone and still no luck, I even updated, the prl and profile. Can somebody tell me what I can do to fix this please.
