Morning all!
Okay, so this is driving me mad. I have finally got the option to upgrade to Android Lollipop from KitKat. I managed to download the update file and it stated that the device will be rebooted (for the update).
It then goes to the classic Android Robot screen with the percentage below it, and as soon as it hits 28%, it falls over and says error, and then reboots back into the original OS. A message pops up stating that the upgrade has failed and to either try Kies or visit the support website.
Note that I am unable to access Kies so I cannot try that. Does anybody have any suggestions as to why it keeps falling over and at the same place?
Any answers will be greatly appreciated.
