How do I disable retail mode?

[AC Question]

I have gone and bought a Samsung galaxy A5 from someone on Facebook and have received it in retail mode. Now I've obviously been ripped off big time so please any help would be greatly appreciated as I have spent $600.00 for a phone that don't function right . Yes , I do realise I should have checked it out before purchase but this little old lady seemed quite legit . BOYYYY was I wrong . PLEASE help me
