Since 5.1 update my phone hasn't been able to connect to the internet without Wi-Fi.

Trying to access anything that requires internet comes back with the message "Check Network Connection" or "No Internet" error, while having 4-5 bar of 3G / LTE coverage on the T-Mobile network.

Try reseating your SIM.
If no go, try a Cache Partition wipe.
If still no go, get back to us.
