Gallery won't open, can't delete files

Hello, recently my Samsung S2 started having problems with gallery and files overall. I keep getting the error " Not enough space. Delete unnecessary items..." but I actually can't delete anything from anywhere. I tried to factory reset, delete some pictures in my folder, delete pictures from google+ that is linked with my phone but neither of this worked. When I select a photo to delete and get the "1 item deleted" it simply didn't do anything, the photo is there I can't delete it no matter what. Also clean master does't work since it fails to clear up space. I thought about getting a USB cable to try to delete things from my PC but I'm not sure if that will work. Any help appreciated.

Umm u tried to go on files and delete from there... or press rest buttons it will rest all i guess volume down + off on button
