My phone mysteriously switched from 4G/LTE to HSPA+

I have a Zenphone 2. One day -- without any apparent reason -- the notification bar showed HSPA+, rather than the 4G/LTE it had been showing. I can't think of any changes I made and the other phones in our household still show 4G.

Do any of you know what's going on?

Do any of you know what's going on?

Perhaps the LTE connection disconnected and it switched to HSPA? If you have the network settings to switch automatically it would do this. However, it should not switch if there's an active LTE network and the phone has a strong connection.
