10147 Application Eating Data?

[AC Question]

I have an "application" in my LG G3 with android 5.0 labelled "10147" that has been eating both my mobile and WiFi data. It has been eating 1gb on mobile and up to 5gb on WiFi for the last 4 months or so however it only showed up in my phone 2 weeks ago. I managed to stop it taking my mobile data but even though it still takes takes WiFi data it has started going backwards in what data it's taken. It had taken 1400mb by 28th July but now its 1049mb? Also, I cannot find the "application" on my phone ANYWHERE. I've searched for this before on google however but found no answer. Has anyone on here have any answers?
