CX-919 home screen problem

[AC Question]

Just bought this Andoer CX-919 mini tv pc. The home screen is NOT what it's suppose to come with (wood panel, small icons, clock etc), I have a blue screen with a few VERY LARGE Icons. I really can't do anything. I can't seem to change it and I don't know how to access the proper screen.

Can someone help?
