Has anyone come up with a way to play music files that have been stored on a SD card on a Galaxy 5?

I have installed a 32 GB SD card in order to get all my wma and mp3 files on my new S5 and now can't play the songs I have put on the card from the Google Player or Music Player. Has there been a solution, .e.g, an app that will play them in a player format? I just downloaded the free trial for Power Amp and it is only accessing the music on the internal drive with no apparent way to access the music on the card. I have also tried to move apps to the card to make room, but they are installed apps and can't be moved. Thanks.
