Notifications making no sound or vibration

[AC Question]

There is a crossed out "i" icon in the very top left hand corner of my screen, my notifications are working but I am not receiving any sound or vibration, my phone rings when it is called, I have checked the volume for nitifications and it is turned all the way up, the symbol for notifications next to the volume toggle is crossed out but there is no indication of it being turned off or muted.
