Is there an app that can be used for following my phone in a facility?

So I want to paint a plan for this building cause it's impossible to orient. And I guess there must be an app that use gps location, or network, or something else for build a a plan(it's enough only a simple line ), so I want follow my loacation in a small place( so a normal gps app is not good, because the place is smallest, and it is not a street...)

GPS - the system itself - is accurate to 30 feet, and inside a building it's worse than that because of signal reflections, so no. Using the network is even worse - usually there's one router, so it's there and you're near it, and that's about as close as any app can get - "near enough to the router to get a signal from it". Millimeter GPS might give you better accuracy, but you don't get that on a phone, you get that in a surveying instrument costing a lot more than a top of the line phone. (It has more than just a GPS receiver giving it location information.) And even that may not work so accurately inside a building.
