Most of my calendar appointments/events/birthdays disappeared after latest update.

I am lost without my calendar and am really panicked and upset at losing all this through no fault of my own. Please tell me there's something that can be done to fix this. I've tried restarting my Z3, highlighting 'off, on and off' all the account and event icons etc but nothing has worked. To future proof my calendar, how can I back it all up on my outlook account to prevent this total disruction of my must-have organised life happening again (I'm a mother if 3, I work 40 hours a week plus I'm starting my own business as well)? Please help!

Welcome to the forums. Were the events in your calendar on the device, or in a cloud service like Google calendar?
