My 3G MB is draining !

[AC Question]

Guys i need some super fast solution to my Problem! I usually recharge for 3GB 3G. And that finishes within 3 to 4 days ! Actually when i used my friend's phone for the same duration i used to use , It actually moved as slow as turtle ! So i asked my friend whether he did something to move slow but he didn't I'm using my network in WCDMA Mode and so does he! So i need tips in Slow moving and answer for my draining !

I use my 3G in the Portable Wifi Hotspot so i can do my things faster on laptop some apps i use in my lap are
