Locked out from my 5s and alternative password not working

I just got locked out from my 5s for the second time, last time when I got locked out I was able to go to device manager and locate my phone to reset but now when I go to device manager it say I have no device.

I have been using finger print to log in, over the weekend I didn't use the phone and now the fingerprint won't work and it asked me for alternative password. I have tried the alternative password but somehow it failed as well.

How do I get the finger print to work or how can I reset my phone again? Thanks!

I would try logging into your Google Account on a PC and then go to Android Device Manager (https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager). From there you can setup a new password and GPS/Locate your device.
