How do I move an app FROM my SD card to my phone?

I had an app that I moved to my SD card that had pictures on that I wanted to save. I had to get another phone and I placed my SD card in this phone but now I don't know how to move that app to my phone now without having to reinstall it ?

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried going to Settings>apps>scroll down to the app in question, and there should be a button to move back to internal.
