Why can I not call or use the wifi on my Samsung Galaxy S4?

So, I flashed the new official software for my Samsung Galaxy S4 and It took a really long time to download. I was getting worried, so I stopped the download and did a factory reset and cleared my cache. After that, I did the regular setup but once I got to the home screen, I couldn't use my WiFi or it couldn't search for any. I tried calling, but it says i'm out of my my region or something like that. As I restarted my phone, I see on my phone in my top left corner i see "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing" and "Set warranty: Kernel". I don't know what to do and it's been bothering me, can anyone help me here?

Did you flash the correct official software for your device? The S4 has different software depending on region, an if you download and install the wrong one you could be experiencing this type of issue.
