    I want to turn off any audio cues (but keep the vibration) for texts, and turn ON audio cues and virbration for calls. I've tried Priorty Mode but that removes all vibrations.

    You can do that in the specific settings of each app. In most phones you can access those settings through the overflow menu (three dots top right).
