S6 got wet. No water damage but won't charge.

My S6 got wet. Dried it immediately and put it in a bag of rice for two days. It turned on but died pretty quickly and won't charge now. I opened the SIM card tray and it was white. No water damage. But still won't charge. Its not the charger either bc it charges other phones. What else could be wrong with this phone? Is it possible that the battery is messed up?

Did you remove the battery immediately ?

It's an Galaxy S6. You can't remove the battery.
