Why my nexus5 is rebooting again and again?

My nexus5 is rebooting again and again when i am charging it , showing only google on screen then again restart and again Google is showing.

And if disconnect the charger phone is not restarting.
Can i get backup of my data any how atleast?

A very similar thing is happening to me, You may be stuck in a bootloop or rebootloop, my friend... is your device rooted and is the bootloader unlocked and and do you have any custom roms, have you flashed anything?

Hapened to me once just long click the power button or with the vol up button at the same time one got me out of it
