Text Not Delivered But Are Being Sent

[AC Question]

Okay so for the past 3 days I haven't been able to have my text messages delivered but are being sent keeping in mind just this one person all the rest of my contacts seem to be fine. And no this number is not under spam done that. I have installed some apps to get my message thru but nothing really need help!? Any one with experiences that has overcome this problem would really appreciate the help... Thank You

It could be a problem with his carrier, his text app or his phone. It's not really something that can be diagnosed online. If he receiving texts from anyone else? If not, he has to fix it on his end. If he is, is he receiving texts from anyone using your carrier? If not, it's a carrier-to-carrier problem.
