Yesterday I realised that my photos and videos I saved from my snapchat stories over the last 3 months are missing. I didn’t delete them and my other videos and photos I have on my phone are still there. I haven’t had any issues with the snapchat app, with my device nor have I had any software updates on my device recently. How can I recover theses photos and videos? I would prefer not to root my device if possible. Thank you.

    1. If you made backups - which you should do of any file you don't want to lose - copy from the backup to the phone.

    2. If the files were on an SD card, use a computer and PhotoRec (instructions at PhotoRec Step By Step) to recover ALL the files on the card that are recoverable. (Then pick through them to choose the ones you want.)

    3. If they were on internal storage, try Recover Deleted Photos, Lost Videos from Android Phone/Tablet or Recovering files via adb (Post #22). Some of them may be recoverable.

If you have a backup with Google or dropbox or kies, then you can easily recover your photos, if you don't, there is no way to recover your photos unless try to find data recovery company like TunesBro Disklab for Android, you can learn this tutorial to recover deleted photos from Samsung galaxy.
