Why does the software update keep popping up?

I got the most recent software update for my Samsung Galaxy S4, and recently afterwards I got a pop up asking me to accept the terms and agreements. I accepted and confirmed. My phone was registered. However, I am asked to repeat this process almost every 2 hours because the pop up keeps returning. How can I prevent this pop up from bothering my anymore?

Somewhere during the update the device must have not actually completed the update, didn't complete the setup or trigger it so the device thinks it still needs to be updated. I would try turning it off and back on, try rebooting into recovery and wiping the dalvik cache and worse case you may need to do a factory reset and before you install anything check for updates and accept it again. If it still keeps doing it contact the carrier something is wrong in the update you got which isn't a big surprise given the bloat they stuff into it.

Mine keeps doing the same thing...I think its a glitch of some sort...Any luck with fixing it?
