Bluetooth rejection! What's up?!!

Paired my trusty old backbeat go ear buds a couple weeks ago. All was well in music world.
Then an update happened! My phone no longer recognizes my headphones!

Any logical reason why?

Very likely something in the update broken your pairing and settings. Have you tried removing the BT pairing and setting it up again? If so have you reached out to the headphone mfg and your carrier support group (In the US anyways) they control the updates and likely are the ones who likely caused the issue. Their is the good old trust factory reset to see if that addresses it. Of course if we could actually backup our phones for a faster restore it would be nice but that will not happen easily.
