Whenever I try to open up YouTube or Snapchat, I get a popup on my screen telling me to have Google Play Services updated. When I touch the popup, it takes me to the app info for Google Play Services and when I Enable Google Play Services, I keep getting an annoying pop up that states "Unfortunately, com.google.process.gapps has stopped" and YouTube and Snapchat still ask me to update Google Play Services even when I enable it. Could I please have some help without having to reboot, I have too much music and photos to want to reboot.

You could try clearing cache for the Play Services in your settings - apps and then reboot your phone (power off, wait a little bit and power back on). No personal data will be lost.
