Go tab ate my sd card

[AC Question]

My go tab has run out of space so I bought an sd card. I put the sd card in carefully as you do and it seemed to click in. I then went to click it out and instead of popping out it went in even further never to be seen again. There is now no way of getting it out and it's not even being recognised as being in on storage. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm thinking the tablet is faulty

It sounds like the tablet has a fault SD card slot. I would exchange it if you can.
