HTC 816 Battery Drains fast

Hi dear,
My phone is HTC 816. I was having nice battery back up in kitkat. After lollipop update it seems battery drains very fast. Even though no apps have been used battery drains in standby itself with 20- 25%. I also used extreme power saver mode, still it drains in same ratio. Also using Greenify app as apps are hibernated.
Please help, what wud b the reason?? As my AWAKE BAR is in a continuous status like cell signal. As my friends awake bar is not continuous. What is d reason for that.

You have a wakelock perhaps.

First try a Cache Partition wipe, which is good practice after a system software update, and let's continue from there.

I dont know what is wakelock, and belodion suggested Cache partition wipe. What it means. How to do that, pls help yaar!!!
