    i called them so many times all they do is want to factory re-set my phone! its been done 3 times but still nothings change i still cant use data! its weird after a refilled my minutes it just stop working but at one point i was working well! this makes me very angry! i hate talking to customer service because a cant even understand them half the time!!!

    Change your carrier to GSM CDMA. Just figured it out last week. It's in settings somewhere.
