I have a google account on my android phone with the apps downloaded through this account. I know that when I delete the account, the apps will stay in the phone. My question is that when I sign in with the COMPLETELY NEW google account, will it adopt (or synchronize with) the apps that are currently in the phone, or do I have to download them again one by one? Will googleplay (the new account) show these apps in "My apps"? In other words, I just want to change account without any other changes. Is it possible? Thanks for the answer

Free apps can, of course, be downloaded again. But paid apps cannot be transferred to another account, So to download your paid apps you need to add the account they were purchased with as a secondary account on the phone. You could try contacting the app developers, maybe they can transfer their app to the new account.
