Why does my note 4 constantly reboot in a loop?

A

AC Question

I have no idea how it started, but it happened recently. Somehow my Note 4 has been constantly restarting stuck on the "Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Powered by Android" then it constantly goes back to that. I tried pressing Volume up, home, and the power button, but as I do i see the "recovery booting..." but it doesn't go into that menu. The only time I could actually use the phone is when it's charged on an outlet and nothing else. Plugging my phone to my computer does not work it also leads to the constant reboot.I tried hard resetting, soft resetting. I tried wiping all the cache and it's still like this. The moment I unplug the charger the screen just like messes up and goes straight to the rebooting loop. I might believe it has to do with my battery, but I am still unsure.

I am having the same problem. I haven't tried to power cord to get around it. Nothing online about this. T-Mobile just said they would replace it under my insurance, but I hate to lose the data.
