I am wondering how music files are stored on an Android device. In other forums on this site, I found that they are located in the /sdcard/Android/data/ com.google.android.music/cache/music directory, however I am wondering how the files are named, or organized. Are they named based off of the song name, so for example, would the song "Shake It Off" be named under "shakeitoff.mp3"? Also, are the files organized in a certain file based on a playlist, etc? Any help would be much appreciated.

They're stored within the app so you can only use them when you have the app and subscription.

Any attempt to bypass this would be illegal and stealing music -- we do not allow this discussion on the forum.
