Factory reset/hard reset doesn't work

Hi! I have tried to factory reset my Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9506). But it brings me to: Downloading! Do not turn off target.

When I try volume up + home + turn on. I hear a vibration. I release power on button and it brings me to the downloading, do not turn off target. Please help. Thanks.

You might want to let it finish and plug it in. Was the phone on Wifi before this happened? If so, do you see any Wifi activity going on with your modem? Just wondering if there might be an indication that something is in fact downloading.
