Background data not working even after I've enabled it.
I disabled background data for all applications for some time and then re-enabled it.
But now none of the applications are using data at background, its really frustrating.
No emails loading, No messages on whatsapp, no notifications, nothing.
Everhting is working fine on wifi; but mobile data is giving issue.
When I open any app it loads all data.
