Contact the repair service, ask them to provide you with a return label (postage at their expense) for you to return the phone to them so that they can fix what they broke.

If they won't, ask an attorney if he'll add his fee to the amount you're suing for, which is the retail price of a new phone, your time in setting it up, any money you may have lost because your phone isn't working, and something for the aggravation and suffering they caused you. (Usually, when a company sees that a $100 re-repair is going to turn into a $3,000 lawsuit that they're going to lose before it's even filed, they'll play nicely. And in some places, the first consultation with the attorney is free.)
