Low device memory and problems with vibration

Hello

I own Galaxy Pocket for few years. Everything worked fine until few days ago. The phone started vibrating for no apparent reason. One short vibration then after few seconds two short vibrations and like that whole day.
Then the attention icon appeared in upper left corner of the screen and message Low device memory. It shows 0,9gb used 88mb free

I did factory reset. Device memory was over 750mb free but vibration problem persists. Sometimes if i turn the phone off and back on i don't get problems with vibration.

I DON'T USE any apps that are not factory provided except whatsapp and clean master (i downloaded clean master after factory reset to check if that would fix something)

Does anybody know what is the problem an how to fix it?

Welcome to the forums. I am honestly not sure what could be the issue. You have already done a reset which should have cleared everything, but have you rebooted into recovery and cleared the system cache?

I would remove Clean Master and see if the warnings disappear.
