Suggestions for cell phone insurance for Note 4

I purchased a note 4 from ebay today and have not received it yet. Does anyone have any suggestions if insurance can be purchased to cover loss, theft, or damage? As per Samsung's website they do offer insurance if you purchase within the last 30 days, which does not apply in my case. Samsung has a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! SquareTrade is one of the main insurance plans that can be used for eBay purchases, but it doesn't cover theft/loss--only damage. The price is reasonable. Sorry, but I'm not aware of other insurance plans that will cover theft/loss.
