It's an entry level phone that will get the job done. The RAM will give you problems if you try and push the limits of the phone or run apps that require lots of RAM to run. For basic functions (i.e. calls, texts, emails, light web browsing) yes, it's a decent phone. But for the price, there are better alternatives if you are able to get a hold of one: Moto G 2015 | Android Central
