    I found a google cardboard app that helps you get over your phobias ,is that even possible?

    It depends on what the phobias are. As they said in the eighteenth century, 'You must get back on the horse that threw you'. Doing the thing that you don't want to do, and doing it repeatedly, is I believe generally regarded as the best way of tackling disabling phobic anxiety.
    Did you have a particular phobia in mind?

    I found it too , the app is called : " Cardboard phobias"
    It's pretty sweet, but the premium version is the one that I think could help your fear with heights.
