HELP! Block installation of apps from Google play computer

i have kids that I wish to protect... I thought by using applock and other locking apps it would help block kids from downloading apps from play store. But these apps do not block. Kids can just go to their computer and insert any gmail and password and download apps to their phone... What can I do to block/stop that... PLEASE HELP!

You can just go to your play store settings and put a password on anything paid. Or just give them their own gmail and no credit card..

Far as the bypass method you spoke of THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP THIS IT ISNT IN GOOGLES SETTINGS!! AND IF THEY USE A DIFFERENT EMAIL YOU HAVE 0 CONTROL THE ONLY WAY TO STOP IT IS TO GRAB A HAMMER AND SMASH THE PHONES
